Getting to Know You Activity



  1. Work with the person sitting next to you and answer the following questions:

  2. First, learn the person's name (and pronounciation).

  3. Where are you from?

  4. Tell me one of your goals.

  5. Tell me a favorite movie/book.

  6. Tell me a favorite type of food...be specific.

  7. What is your favorite TV show?(story).

  8. If you could go on a vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go first (money is no object)?

  9. What kinds of movies do you like best? Example, action, horror, romance....

  10. If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it?

  11. What kind of job would you like to have when you're done with school?

The last step is for you to introduce your partner to the class and tell us what you learned about him/her.
