Getting to Know You Activity

1. Start by going to the Internet Movie Database Website (imdb.com) and do a search on one of your favorite movies. Check out some of links on the left side of the page. Work with the person sitting next to you and answer the following questions about your movie (help each other):

4. Who directed it?
   
   
5. Who are the major actors?
   
   
6. What is the basic plot? (story)
   
   
7. What did you like so much about it?
   
   The next set of questions deal with movies in general:
   
   
8. What kinds of movies do you like best? Example, action, horror, romance...
   
   
9. What ideas do you have about what you'd like to accomplish in this video production course?
   
   
10. If you could work in the film industry, what kind of job would most appeal to you? Director, writer, photograpy, lighting, acting, business management, other...
